When my father was passed by a teenage driver going 60 MPH in his residential neighborhood, I decided it was time to take action and put driver accountability to the forefront.  I created the National Driver Accountability Program (NDAP) with the goal of using the latest technology to make driver reporting fully automated and affordable enough to be used on a wide scale. NDAP's '1-800 We Value Safety' sticker program was born.  Since incorporating in 2005, NDAP has grown into multiple fleet technology offerings including GPS, Driver Qualification File management required by DOT and Incident Tracking system for employee's with worker's compensation claims.
